These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RenjiCalc (the "App") provided by RenjiCalc ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Use and Acceptance

• The App is intended for general audiences and does not require age verification.
• If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

The App provides microwave heating-time conversion and timer features for informational convenience. Results are estimates and not guarantees.

3. Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law;
• use the App to violate laws or third-party rights;
• interfere with App security, integrity, or availability.

5. Safety and No Professional Advice

• Heating results depend on factors including food type, quantity, container, and microwave model.
• You are solely responsible for monitoring heating and food safety.
• The App does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional safety advice.

6. Third-Party Services and Ads

The App may include third-party services (such as Google AdMob, Google Forms, and diagnostic providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including software, text, design, trademarks, and related content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR USE OF THE APP.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

10. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Venue

Except where required by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in Japan unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if reasonably necessary for maintenance, legal compliance, security, or misuse prevention.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
